Ron Wence, supervisor of mathematics at Rancocas Valley Regional High School in New Jersey. Ron taught middle and high school math for 14 years before moving into the supervisory position, where he has been for the last five years. Ron is very proud to have taken a school that was in year seven of status and has never made AYP to a school out of status in four years. Grading to standards, the 9 high yield strategies, and the One Teacher at a Time tenets are the biggest factors contributing to the recent success.
