Jane E. Pollock works with teachers and administrators to improve student achievement through instruction.  A frequent presenter and keynote speaker at national and international conferences, Janie shares research, but also practical methods for classroom teachers to use to make extraordinary gains.  Many of her associates in schools where they have made gains in achievement present with her; they are often the "Voices" in her books.

Janie works on multiple-year contracts with schools, districts, and regional organizations worldwide and in the USA to provide ongoing staff development for teams of teachers, teacher leaders, and school administrators to improve student achievement.   The contracts involve onsite trainings, teleconferences via Skype, and email communications.
